How does the package system work?
When you purchase a package, the hours are valid for six months. You can use them as needed, without worrying about monthly resets.
Each package has a weekly hour limit, which means we guarantee a certain number of hours per week based on your plan. If you purchase a smaller package, we can commit to those hours each week, but if we have bandwidth, we may complete additional work. However, this isn’t always possible.
For example, if you have the Basic-Needs Box (8 hrs/week), we ensure that a total of up to 8 hours of work are completed weekly. If you later need more consistent support, upgrading your package will give you access to more dedicated hours per week.
What happens after I sign up?
The first step is an Assessment Call, where we map out your business needs and determine how our team can best support you. This is 1-hour call is charged with a $199 deposit that is taken out of your first Box. Once you move forward with the right Box for your needs, you’ll get access to your Slack channel for direct communication.
From there, we schedule an Onboarding Call with your Account Manager to set priorities, discuss initial tasks, and outline deadlines. Our team always begins initial work for a new client on a Monday. Once that’s done, work begins immediately. Each Monday, you’ll receive a breakdown of planned tasks, and every Friday, a report on completed work and remaining hours.
Can I increase or decrease my weekly hours?
Your weekly limit is based on your package, so we commit to that set number of hours each week. If you need more hours consistently, upgrading your package is the best way to secure dedicated time from the team.
What happens if I don’t use my hours?
Hours can be used anytime within the six-month period. However, once your package expires, any remaining hours do not carry forward. If your account has gone dormant with remaining hours and now you wish to come back, depending on the timing and quantity, we may provide a discount for a renewed Box to restart work.
What if I need something outside the scope?
If a request falls outside the services we provide, your Account Manager will let you know and may offer alternative solutions. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate the request by adjusting your package, or we may refer you to a trusted partner.
What kind of experience does your team have?
Our team consists of skilled professionals with real-world experience in business operations, creative work, customer service, and tech. You are not assigned entry-level assistants—each person is vetted and specialized in their area of expertise.
Your Account Manager ensures tasks are handled correctly, so you don’t have to worry about training or oversight.
What if my hourly needs changes mid-cycle?
The Assessment Call is designed to set you up with the package and billing cycle that best fits your needs and budget.
Ideally, there would only be mild shifts of your hourly needs throughout a billing cycle, which our services are designed to handle just fine (all hours roll over within a billing cycle to be used at any time within that duration, any additional hours are billed at $35/hr).
However, if something changed and you are vastly off course for the expected trajectory of hours needed, we would schedule a recalibration call (no charge) to adjust your plan.
