All work is completed based on client-provided direction, requirements, and approvals, and is deducted from purchased Business-In-A-Box hours.

External tools not listed may require research time, which will be communicated in advance.

Account Manager Scope

Biz Box primarily operates within the following tools:

The Account Manager IS Responsible For:

  • Receiving client requests via Slack

  • Translating client input into actionable tasks for the execution team

  • Coordinating timelines, priorities, and execution progress

  • Relaying questions and updates between the client and execution team

  • Leading admin or check-in calls based on a client-provided agenda

  • Performing light administrative execution when needed

The Account Manager is NOT Responsible For:

  • Creating a strategy or defining project direction

  • Deciding what should be built without sufficient client input

  • Acting as a consultant, strategist, or business decision-maker

All time of Team Done Better, including communication, coordination, reviews, and calls, is deducted from available Business-In-A-Box hours.

Additional Fees & Out-of-Scope Technical Work

Some requests may fall outside standard Business-In-A-Box execution and require a separate fee, including:

Complex custom code

Highly advanced API implementations

Non-standard or enterprise-level integrations

Strategy for Business, Offer Structure, Operations, Back-End Strategy

These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and discussed before work begins.
