A Strategy Package is a focused consulting engagement where our senior architects come in, get deep with your project, and map out exactly what it will take to build it right. The outcome isn't a vague plan — it's a clear, documented blueprint that defines scope, surfaces risks, establishes sequencing, and gives your execution team everything they need to move confidently from day one.

Think of it as bringing in the architects before the contractors.

Moving into a Strategy Package is the most efficient way to move your project forward in a way that sets you up for success, as you get to leverage the deep expertise of our whole Done Better Team with decades of experience in operations, tech, etc to ensure all variables of your project are fully thought through.

If you'd prefer to start smaller, the Project Clarity Call is a single 90-minute session where our senior team assesses your project's complexity, defines scope boundaries, and gives you a clear recommendation on which Strategy Package is the right match.

If you choose this route, understand that we'll follow it exactly with no layered recommendations. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for gaps in strategy or outcomes that arise from an incomplete or unvetted brief.

Project expectations built without a full strategy behind them carry real risk. We strongly advise against skipping the strategy work — but if you're ready to move forward on your own terms, we'll execute with precision based on exactly what you provide. If holes in the project are brought to light mid-project, you may be further advised to do a strategy package to recalibrate to finish your project properly, in which case no refunds for hours improperly used due to incorrect or missing strategy will be granted.

Strategy Packages cover planning and architecture only. Execution is scoped and staffed separately under BizBox services. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client availability and scope refinement, defined by the close of the Strategy Package.
